Having navigated the technology sector from both public and private perspectives, I understand the critical importance of providing young enthusiasts with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive in the digital economy.

Biography

Jennifer is a seasoned Engineer with nearly two decades of cognate experience spanning diverse functions across private and public sectors. She started her career journey at PHCN (former NEPA) as Transmission Maintenance Trainee and later moved to Globacom where she worked impeccably to create cutting-edge value-added services which propelled her to Helios Towers Nig., as Head of the company’s project management office PMO. She later joined the Central Bank of Nigeria at managerial level in the Procurement department, where she was doing value Engineering and cost-control on the bank’s capital projects.

A committed humanitarian and social-entrepreneurship advocate, Jennifer serves as the Patron of both HASAM Foundation and Digi-Tech empowerment foundation for youths, where she dedicates her time and resources to fostering digital inclusion by bridging access gaps for digitally vulnerable youths. She is working round the clock to ensure young boys and girls who are enthusiastic about Tech development are provided the necessary hardware, software and enabling tools for up-skilling leading to the commercialization of their talents in line with the President’s agenda to position Nigeria as a net-exporter of Tech talents.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos & a Masters in Wireless Networks/Telecomms Engineering (with Distinction) from Queen Mary, University of London. She has attended several courses at the London School of Economics and Political Science while currently in the 2nd year of her Doctoral study at the Catholic University of Murcia, Spain.

She is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a registered COREN practitioner and a life member of the Rotary Club.
